Block B are a mercenary reaper group. Formerly an elite Dominion unit,^[1] they deserted when Arcturus Mengsk pulled the Dominion Fleet from the Fringe Worlds to fortify the Core Worlds from the Zerg Swarm at the start of the Second Great War.^[2] Since then they focus on taking jobs for cash and to robbing the Dominion whenever they can.^[1]

Game Effect

Block B were a canceled mercenary reaper option that could be purchased from Graven Hill in the Wings of Liberty campaign. Like normal reapers they were able to jump up and down cliffs and could only attack ground targets. They also threw explosive mines and were hired in groups of four reapers. In Left 2 Die, the role of mercenary reapers were replaced by the Death Heads.^[1]
