Recall is a protoss teleportation ability.
Overview
Recall operates over spatial distances. It is accomplished by creating tears in space-time and moving objects through those tears.[1]
Mass recall capabilities was developed for motherships during the Golden Age of Expansion of the Protoss Empire in response to the destruction of two motherships in the gravity well of a neutron star.[2]
Recall was a signature ability of arbiters during the Great War. Control over space-time manipulation was provided by the Judicator caste crew. Arbiters fell out of use after the fall of Aiur and the passing of the Judicator Caste.[3]
"Dimensional recall" is a version of recall on a larger scale that allows an entire protoss base to travel between planets after a period of preparation.[4]

StarCraft Tabletop Miniatures Game
Mass Recall appears as an ability for the Daelaam faction in the StarCraft Tabletop Miniatures Game.[6]
- Mass Recall: Once per Game. Set a Faction Indicator anywhere on the battlefield. All Friendly Protoss Units Within 6" of this Faction Indicator are removed from the battlefield and returned to Reserves.
Trivia
An identical "Recall" ability features in Battle Aces; David Kim (who previously worked on StarCraft II) is the game's director.[7]
