The resistor is a cut protoss unit from StarCraft II: Legacy of the Void.

Little data for the unit exists in the map editor, only few text info in localization files. The description indicates the resistor was either the Purifier variant of the stalker or immortal. The stalker version only appears in the description of Warp-in Reinforcements. The immortal version has a ability called Purifier Cannon, which could deals 300 damage to target air or ground unit from long range.^[1]
